My tablet crashed and keeps doing so after I tried to burn a CD with an external burner (which still works fine with other machines) I got BSoD Driver Power State Failure. I had Microsoft Community check out the Minidump files, which I uploaded to OneDrive. (there was no file MEMORY.DMP).
and they told me it was the GoodixTouchDriver that needed to be uninstalled and then reinstalled with an updated driver. I don't know where to get this and the other one. I did an online search, but I am too confused because there are too many versions out there. Microsoft is not much help in this regard.
These are the two drivers that come up in Device Manager (I tried to update them from there but it didn't solve the problem). There was no problem indicated (yellow triangle) in Device Manager though.
C:WINDOWSsystem32DRIVERSGoodixTouchDriver.sys v 6.3.9600.16384 Windows ® Win7DDK provider
C:WINDOWSsystem32driversmshidkmdf.sys v6.3.9600.16384 (winblue_rtm) 130821-1623
The BSoD hasn't occurred in the last 2 days, but the tablet freezes up and the touchscreen doesn't respond very well. Cara install microsoft office 2016 gratis.
Can you re-analyze these dump files and tell me if these drivers are the problem, and if so, where I can find new drivers, or if there is something else I should do?
